What to expect: Expect to feel good!
First, listen to yourself and respect your own limits as you begin or deepen your Yoga practice. Each class is designed for you to have an experience of opening; through flowing movements & various stretching sequences. Our teachers are highly trained & here, specifically, to help you feel better in your body. The teacher begins each class with a centering, followed by an hour and fifteen minutes of asana and closed with a meditative rest. You may feel lost at times, which is normal. Simply pause, open your heart and listen to the words of your teacher and the movement will come. Welcome.

CLASS COSTS:Drop-ins are welcome. Please come 10 minutes prior to your first class to fill out new student form.

CLASS SCHEDULE:We have a fabulous & easy online scheduler. Check in frequently for class updates & changes, sub listings and studio closings. You can create a simple username and password and manage your account online.
