Eileen is an Anusara® Inspired teacher, trained at the World Yoga Center in New York. Her classes fully celebrate the gift of embodiment through the practice of yoga. In a safe and nurturing environment, her students explore the unlimited potential of their hearts. Eileen has studied yoga since 1998, but in 2002 she found Anusara® Yoga, and it transformed her life and practice. Her classes weave Anusara’s® precise alignment principles together with its life-affirming philosophy and emphasize the practical and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
